**Minimum qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

**Preferred qualifications**

  • Experience in supporting diverse and multi-disciplinary groups of people.
  • Experience in a regulated industry, or government or public policy consulting.
  • Experience in working with political or industry stakeholders in the context of regulations and reputation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to work across business functions and influence different stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**About the job**

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams, along with business critical key priorities. You will drive projects and initiatives forward in a structured manner. You will also partner with the Country VP and Go-to-Market Director in order to support maximum alignment of cross-functional strategy and efficiency of operations.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

**Responsibilities**

  • Draw interpretable insights from sophisticated business analyses and advanced modeling. Help organize and facilitate core business planning, operating cadences, and leadership engagement to achieve organizational outcomes.
  • Define actionable plans and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders and lead successful implementation of large and complex change initiatives.
  • Drive complex/cross-functional projects such as Brand and Reputation, Governmental Affairs and Public Policy, OneGoogle, Human Resources, etc.
  • Act as a key contributor with very limited guidance, working autonomously with executive leadership.- Drive best practice sharing across similar archetype markets regionally and globally, collaborate with expertise and connections with other Strategy and Operations teams.
