**What You Will Do**

As part of a collaborative team, the Project Manager is accountable for the execution of multiple design-build high-rise developments, from preliminary design to close out. The Project Coordinator will support the same.
- Design development
- Permitting from appropriate authorities
- Budgeting, take-offs, and cost estimating
- Schedule and management plans
- Contract management
- Project meetings
- Invoice approvals and progress draws
- Quality control programs
- Safety program, and standards
- Closeout process

**What You Bring to the Table**
- Engineering or construction-related degree/diploma
- High-rise multi-unit residential construction
- Project management/coordination experience
- Organization
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Solid written and verbal communication
- Leadership qualities
- Results-driven mindset

**Work Environment**
