WHAT TO EXPECT

Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure the effective management of your maintenance team and equipment. You will also be responsible for implementing a training and skills development program for your team. In addition, you will be responsible for optimizing the preventive maintenance program. The maintenance supervisor will be under your direct responsibility to ensure the coordination of the work of the team and subcontractors.

**Here's an overview of your tasks**:
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards related to equipment, buildings and grounds
Optimize the overall efficiency of the equipment with the help of performance indicators
Support the management team in the development and achievement of operational objectives
Ensure budget follow-up
Act as a technical reference for the team
Carry out various projects as assigned
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree or DEC in mechanical, electrical or other relevant disciplines
Minimum of 5 years experience in managing unionized personnel
Coaching and staff development skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Technical problem solving and analysis skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Functional English
