**Job Summary of Roles and Responsibilities****:

- Promote company culture and manage internal and external relationships
- Manage status reporting, invoicing, accounts receivable and unbilled for each project
- Collaborate with project design teams
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the project team
- Develop & maintain schedules, lead/participate in weekly project status meetings with project teams, oversee budgets, participate in proposal preparation, take leading role in client relationships
- Develop and support regional business opportunities with potential clients in the Ontario province.
- Work primarily with Power Delivery project teams, but may also interface with other disciplines as needed, based on the nature of any particular project
- This position will primarily have local travel to regional clients
- Demonstrated Project Management skills should include CPM scheduling, budget and cost analysis, leading project teams, as well as proposal writing, client marketing, and project presentations

**Required Education/Experience****:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University required-engineering, engineering management, or construction management discipline OR 10+ years of professional experience in the electric power and communications industry
- Minimum of ten (10) years applicable industry experience
- Minimum of five (5) + years relevant project management experience
- Relevant experience includes small
- to medium-scale project management, and/or project lead engineering experience on projects
- Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools required
- General understanding of power delivery infrastructure engineering required
- Proficiency with financial analysis tools in a utility setting required
- General understanding of power delivery infrastructure engineering required (distribution, substation and transmission line project experience)
- Strong leadership and communication skills

**Desired Education/Experience****:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University required-engineering, engineering management, or construction management discipline preferred
- Ten (10) + years of project management experience preferred
- Familiarity with regional utilities in the respective region
- P.ENG registration is desired
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
