- $25-30/hour based on experience
- 2 weeks vacation

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee and maintain an organized and efficient parts department, paying attention to: purchase pricing, competitive retail pricing, obsolete inventory, stock on hand, no missed parts from invoices, cycle counts and other scorecard metrics
- Maintain stock levels and stock accuracy according to procedures and policies (receiving new part numbers, update part numbers, etc.)
- Track returns, credits & warranty parts through procedures, reporting, and invoicing
- Delegate specific duties to parts staff, follow up on tasks assigned to staff, allow reasonable time limits for tasks and ensure they are completed
- Update and monitor parts reports to manage inventory effectively
- Assist in the recruitment of new employees for the team

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:
As a member of the Summit Truck and Equipment Repair team, we expect you bring the following to the table:

- Journeyman Red Seal Parts Technician designation
- Strong motivator and a self starter
- At least 5 years of leadership experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Must be computer literate and have the ability to learn new programs
- Demonstrate and promote work safe practices
