**Job Summary**:
Seeking experienced Drone Operators for contract-based assignments in Ottawa.
This role offers the independence of contract work combined with the
who excel in drone operation, adhere to the highest safety standards, and are ready to

**Requirements**:
- Advanced Drone Pilot Certificate: Possessing an Advanced Drone Pilot
Certificate issued by Transport Canada is a must, affirming your qualification to
operate drones within Canadian airspace legally.
- Experience in Commercial Drone Operations: A proven track record with a
minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial drone flying, supported by over
50+ logged flight hours and detailed maintenance records.
- Regulatory Knowledge: An in-depth understanding of Transport Canada's
regulations, safety procedures, and airspace management, ensuring all
operations conform to national standards.
- Valid Driver's License: Essential for mobility, enabling travel to various job sites
across Toronto and surrounding areas.
- Technical and Operational Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in operating
emphasis on soft washing and pressure washing techniques.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Abilities: Exceptional communication skills
for effective client and team interactions, along with the ability to address and
resolve issues promptly and creatively.
- Physical and Mental Resilience: Capable of performing under various outdoor
conditions, maintaining focus and high performance over extended periods.

- Site Management and Precision Execution: Navigate through diverse job sites
across Toronto, executing drone cleaning services with meticulous planning and
precision flying. This ensures comprehensive and efficient cleaning of all
assigned exteriors.
- Advanced Drone Operation: Skillfully operate state-of-the-art drone technology,
optimal cleaning outcomes.
- Strategic Flight Planning: Craft and implement strategic flight plans designed
specifically for each cleaning project, aiming to boost operational effectiveness,
mitigate risks, and maximize resource and time efficiency.
- Safety Standards Compliance: Strictly adhere to drone safety standards and
regulations as set forth by Transport Canada, ensuring all operations safeguard
personnel and property.
- Drone Care and Maintenance: Take full charge of drone maintenance, performing
regular inspections, repairs, and ensuring that drones are in perfect condition for
operation.
- Operational Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of flight operations,
including project outcomes, maintenance logs, and incident reports, to support
performance tracking and accountability.
- Pre-flight and Post-flight Protocols: Diligently conduct pre-flight and post-flight
checks, upholding an unwavering commitment to operational excellence and
safety.
- Situational Awareness: Continuously maintain a broad and informed awareness
of the operational environment, proactively identifying and addressing potential
hazards.
