**Your job**:
- Manage a team responsible for client service and transactional processes for commercial and private banking in Western Canada regions
- Contribute to the development of a business plan for your sector, aligned with the bank's objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience, process efficiency and productivity
- Help your team excel by setting and tracking performance goals
- Participate in the improvement of operations by identifying and preventing or correcting problems
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and work processes to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Engage and help your employees grow and develop their skills
- Collaborate effectively with partners related to your service
- Standardize work processes across regions
- Ensure that administrative policies and procedures as well as all communications from the head office are understood and followed
- Evaluate and provide feedback to improve the quality of customer service and customer experience in the regions
- Liaise between support staff and the various areas of the organization (operations, legal, credit, etc.)
- Encouraging good business practices
- Help coordinate events for the region
**Your team**:
Reporting to the Head of Operations Western Canada, you will have a team of about thirty employees including 2 managers, a team lead, account agents and customer service representatives. This new position is created to accompany and support the growing needs of our colleagues in Western Canada. It may be based in one of our major western business centres, either; Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg or Edmonton.
**Basic Requirements**:
- Industry-related bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or industry-related master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in personnel management; Natural leadership skills
- Communication skills and ability to mobilize a team
- Experience in operations management and process optimization
- Experience in planning and organizing work based on volume, resources and priorities
- Experience in managing operational performance (KPIs, deadlines, quality) and collective performance (synergy and teamwork).
