We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable **Food Service Associates** to join our dynamic team. We are looking for Full Time and Part Time availability. Please note that weekend availability is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers picking up take-out orders, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
- Accurately take and process orders, addressing customer inquiries, and offering recommendations.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring smooth check-out experiences.
- Prepare and package orders for take-out, ensuring quality, accuracy, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and server teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized take-out area, including regular cleaning and replenishing supplies.
- Complete other tasks as assigned to support restaurant operations.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **English** with strong communication skills.
- Open availability to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and the ability to follow directions.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Reliable and punctual, with dependable transportation.
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Comfortable using or willing to learn restaurant software (POS systems).

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience in **customer service** or **food handling** is a plus but not required.
