Junior Integrated Logistics Support Analyst

The Fleetway Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team is creating the maintenance strategies and solutions for the next generation of Royal Canadian Navy Ships. We are respected in the industry through our proven hands-on experience in marine engineering environments. We are looking for electrical, mechanical, industrial and naval architecture engineers and technologists to join the ILS team. - Conduct Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and Availability, Reliability, & Maintainability (AR&M) activities to provide ILS data deliverables that influence engineering designs and support the development of life cycle products for systems and equipment.
- Develop, implement, and oversee obsolescence monitoring and resolution processes.
- Establish and manage asset tracking and maintenance management programs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams as an ILS Subject Matter Expert, contributing to ILS strategies and maintenance planning.
- 0-4 years of experience in an Engineering, Integrated Logistics Support, or an Asset/Maintenance Management role.Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Naval Architecture Engineering.
