If you’re offered and accept the position of Flower Store Manager, please know that the role does include some evenings and weekends, as well as longer hours during our three busiest holidays: Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

- Prepare floral orders;
- Work in partnership with Customer Service and Purchasing Department, and Marketing to maximize store operation;
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge;
- Maintain inventory control;
- Must be bilingual French/English;
- Ensure a high level of store maintenance;
- Orienting, training, developing, motivating and managing employees;
- Controlling payroll budget and scheduling staff efficiently;
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.

- Basic computer knowledge

Store hours: Monday
- Friday 9AM-5PM, Saturday 9AM-5PM, Sunday closed

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
