**This is primarily a stocking position. Shift times are 4am to 9am.**

Assists pharmacy with supporting tasks for processing, pricing and selling prescriptions to patients. Assists patients at counter, retrieves prescriptions, processes register transactions. Orders and stocks drugs, supplies and over-the-counter and behind the counter merchandise.

Assists patients at counter, and retrieves filled prescriptions. Processes register transactions, receive payment, make change, processes cheques, credit and debit charges. Provides prompt and courteous patient service. Answers phones, directs patients to product location. Preserves patient confidentiality.
- Follows safety and security procedures.
- Orders, receives, tags and stocks prescription drugs and supplies. Follows product storage procedures and standards.
- Orders, receives, tags and stocks over-the-counter product in accordance with merchandising plan for department. Creates product signs.
- Cleans department by sweeping, mopping, spraying, wiping and dusting. Empties trash, operates trash compactor and cardboard bailer.
- May assist with packaging pharmacy prescriptions based on the needs of the business

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
