We’re looking for a Better Beer Rep **who lives in Gatineau **to join our team.

**Here's what you'd do**:

- Once a month, you will audit our client’s draught beer systems. They are paying for the service, so they’re not hostile.
- An audit takes about 25-35 minutes to execute.
- Audit times are weekday (Monday - Thursday) mornings and afternoons. We avoid lunch hours, evenings, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as the restaurants are busy.
- An audit includes inspecting the walk-in beer fridge (kegs, lines, equipment) and the bar (taps and glasses).
- You’ll type in notes about your findings, upload images on your tablet/iPad and speak with the Manager.

**Qualifications**:
You must have the following:

- Experience dealing with people - preferably in hospitality.
- **8-10** hours of weekday daytime availability each month. It does not need to be concurrent.
- Have a smartphone you can use as a hotspot (and know how to do that).
- Have a valid driver's license and a vehicle.

Our first interview will be in English and a second one (if necessary) in French.

You’ll also need if you join our amazing team:

- A working, up-to-date tablet/iPad (with a case) that you know how to use. You'll need this to post the audits. **Laptops or phones won't work.** You can get a decent one on Amazon for about $140 if you don’t have one.

**Rémunération**:

Chaque mois, vous recevrez 37.50 $ pour chaque audit réalisé. Nos formation continue vous permettent d'en savoir plus sur les systèmes et de devenir un meilleur auditeur. Vous devenez plus précieux pour nos clients, ce qui augmente vos honoraires d'audit au fil du temps.
Vos honoraires d'audit augmentent au cours des mois 3, 6 et 12 en fonction de vos performances. Vous devriez gagner 40 dollars par audit de 30 minutes à la fin de votre première année.

Nous vous paierons également pour la formation initiale - pour la portion en ligne et en personne.

We also provide a $30 per month gas allowance for the small amount of driving around Gatinuau that is required.
