**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Sending BL instructions to ocean carriers
- Knowledge of: Inttra, B13, AES and NAFTA
- BL Proofreading
- Releases
- Able to handle a large volume of data entry in a timely manner
- Able to co-ordinate between different parties such as Account managers and Ocean Carrier
- Basic IT Skills required
- Computer Savvy

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent understanding in Excel, word and Outlook
- Strong communication skills - written English is a must
- Ability to prioritize and organize many diverse tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to details is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
