Order Entry/customer Associate

**Job Summary**:
As an Order Entry/Customer Associate at Glamour Hair Salon and Barber Shop, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by managing customer orders, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include accurately entering customer orders into the system, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
**Responsibilities**:
Accurately input customer orders into the system and ensure timely processing.
Schedule and manage appointments for clients, ensuring coordination between stylists and barbers.
Assist with inventory management by ensuring products and supplies are adequately stocked.
Coordinate with stylists and barbers to confirm service availability and manage daily schedules.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
