**About This Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Distribution Manager, the Distribution Supervisor is responsible for the management of Coke Canada drivers and the effective distribution of Coca-Cola product to our customers. The Supervisor works as a coach and mentor to their team. To succeed in this position, the Supervisor must be capable of planning the workload, motivating their team, and offering great customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising a team of distribution employees, while respecting budgetary constraints
- Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members
- Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements
- Manages drivers' delivery schedule and hours worked
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues
- Serve as liaison between sales, distribution and warehouse to maintain efficient communication between functions
- Manage and audit team member's timekeeping
- Manage within labor and OPEX budget

**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education in a related field or experience deemed equivalent
- Prior experience in distribution, retail, or warehouse required. Beverage industry is preferred.
- 1+ years experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required
- 2+ years experience of supervisory experience required
- Class 1 license is preferred
- Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations based on analytical evaluations
- Ability to provide leadership, motivation, and training for development of the distribution team
- Ability to cultivate, manage and foster a diverse team of employees
- Ability to initiate activities and perform duties without direct supervision
- Possess excellent organization and time-management skills
- Be familiar with Office and SAP computer tools
- Be familiar with department of transportation regulations
- Be a leader, a good communicator, and a convener
