Giant Tiger Wholesale is looking to hire a permanent Order Picker for our Freezer Facility in Brockville, ON GTW can offer paid material handling equipment training on brand-new Raymond equipment, full medical/dental benefits, and a store discount.

**Giant Tiger Wholesale - We can offer**:
Starting wage of $18/hour
Additional $2/hour for hours worked 9:00pm - 6:00am
Automatic milestone wage increases at 1040 hours, 2080 hours, 4160 hours and annually after that;
Giant Tiger Store Discount - 20% on clothing, 10% on grocery
Full medical benefits at 3 months; GTW pays the benefits premium once employee hits 2 years of service,

**Order Picker Highlights**:
- Pick store orders in accordance to the pick label, focusing on accuracy;
- Pile various size boxes onto skids, ensuring neat, safe, and secure piles;
- Lift boxes with a weight range of 1 - 50 pounds;
- Operate an electric pallet truck capable of pulling 2 skids at a time. Identify picked skids with pallet tags indicating store number, picker name, and total quantity of skids;
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety and comply with Ontario Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) standards;
- Various warehouse duties, as prescribed by the supervisor.
**Order Picker Job Requirements**:
- Completion of High School;
- Experience as an Order Picker or a similar position;
- Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time;
- Must be able to lift heavy items for extended periods of time;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Must be comfortable working in a cold environment.
**Order Picker Shift**:
Sunday-Thursday 3:00pm-11:30pm
