**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Possess strong analytical, incident resolution, and problem -solving skills.
- Support and resolve SAP SRM/MM/SAP Ariba/SAP Accounts payable/SAP Travel management production support issues
- Act as a point of contact for all the production issues related to sourcing management processes
- Should be able to resolve critical issues in a timely manner and able communicate proactively the status to impacted stakeholders
- Must have deep understanding of SAP SRM, MM, Ariba, Accounts payable and Travel management modules
- Work with project team and customer to provide visibility into production issues and recommend actions for resolution
- Carry out impact analyses where proposed changes could affect the systems or processes
- Understanding requirements and writing functional specification documents
- Should be an individual contributor and played client facing lead role
- Know the integration points and ‘tie-ins’ with other modules and troubleshooting integration issues
- Good understanding on integration to other SAP and Non-SAP systems

Pay: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- SAP SRM: 1 year (preferred)
- SAP Ariba: 1 year (preferred)
