**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Database & Digital Administrator** to join our team. In this entry-level, in-person role, you will manage and optimize our donor database (Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge or similar) and support the maintenance of our WordPress website. Your work will directly impact our ability to build strong donor relationships and maximize fundraising outcomes. The position offers flexibility for occasional working from home as agreed upon.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Database Management**:

- Maintain, update, and optimize donor and gift records using Raiser’s Edge.
- Generate reports and run queries to extract actionable insights on donor histories and behaviors.
- Fine-tune database logic and analytics to improve donor segmentation, engagement, retention and targeted outreach strategies.
- Help ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Manage and verify platform updates, provide technical support and training for staff on database best practices.
- Assist in timely data entry/updates of donor information, gifts, and other relevant records.

**Digital Support**:

- Assist in updating and maintaining the Foundation’s WordPress website.
- Assist with web-related projects to support online fundraising initiatives (such as CanadaHelps).

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM/database systems.
- Proficiency in generating reports, running queries, and analyzing donor data.
- Familiarity with WordPress content management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Proficiency in French and English (written and verbal).
