**Location - **Centre Wellington, Elora, Fergus, Arthur, Alma and Belwood

**Full
- Time (Evening Shifts and Day shifts) - With availability on every other weekend.**

Flexible shifts with preference to split shifts 6 am till 12 noon and 5 pm to 10 pm availability.

**$500 sign on bonus to be paid out within the first pay period after the start date.**

**Refer a friend - $500 referral bonus to be paid out within the first pay period after the new hire starts.**

We are looking for a Personal Support Worker who is comfortable providing care to our clients. Our next Personal Support Worker will thrive in a culture made for caring where being flexible and possessing strong customer service skills will drive the success of their role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Support Worker or a new graduates who is looking to gain experience in the field.

**Skills needed for success**:

- You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- You are currently certified as a Personal Support Worker (PSW).
- Previous experience as an international nurse or if you have successfully completed the first year of nursing school in Canada.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You are highly organized and excel at managing your schedule.
