**Who We Are**

Guelph City Realty is a full-service property management company that only manages the buildings it owns. We proudly began over 70 years ago in Guelph and as of 2021 we operate over fifty residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings in Guelph and Cambridge providing tenancy to hundreds of tenants.

We are hiring a full-time labourer and responsibilities include:

- Deliver supplies to trades
- Deliver and remove large appliances (fridges, stoves)
- Pick up garbage and animal waste
- Transport garbage bins to shop
- Demolition and remove demolished material to shop or dump
- Shoveling, salting, and snow blowing
- Other general tasks as assigned

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM.

**Compensation**
- Pay will be determined based on experience, starting from $23/hr
- $1,500 medical, dental, and optical package included

**Requirements**:

- Full G license and clean driving record (must be able to drive company van on our insurance)
- Hard worker
- Self motivated
- Professional attitude
- Good communication skills and fluent in English
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable
- Must be bondable
- Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and independently or as part of team
- No experience necessary

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
