**Position**: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert

**Job Functions**:
On-Page Optimization
- Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify areas of improvement.
- Optimize meta tags, headers, URL structure, internal links, and website content for search engines.
- Ensure that website architecture and content are search engine-friendly.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize blogs, landing pages, and other digital content.
- Implement structured data markup and other technical enhancements.

Off-Page Optimization
- Develop and execute a robust link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Analyze competitors’ backlink profiles and devise strategies to surpass them.
- Partner with influencers, bloggers, and other external stakeholders for link opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in SEO and major search engines.

On-Site Conversion Rate Optimization
- Perform A/B and multivariate testing to refine and optimize user experience.
- Analyze website analytics to understand user behavior, funnel bottlenecks, and drop-off points.
- Develop strategies to enhance the site's user journey and increase conversions.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure CRO best practices are implemented.

Reporting & Analysis
- Track, analyze, and report on key SEO and CRO metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, conversion rates, and user behavior.
- Monitor website analytics and search console data to pinpoint areas of opportunity.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports illustrating performance and ongoing strategy.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of professional SEO and CRO experience.
- Comprehensive expertise in on-page, off-page, and conversion optimization.
- Proven track record with link-building and outreach strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and CRO tools like Optimizely, Hotjar, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to derive insights from data.
- Acquaintance with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO & CRO-related platforms.
- Superior communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred
- SEO and/or CRO certifications from recognized institutions.
- Experience with international or multilingual SEO.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and user-centered design principles.

**Salary**:$50,000-60,000

**Benefits**

40 hours per week/8 hour shift per day -Monday to Friday

Holidays and Weekends (occasionally)

Should be available for overtime hours if required
