Welding Foreman

Ray's Welding is a family owned business since 1991. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Welding Foreman to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**:
As a Welding Foreman, you will oversee welding operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to specifications. You will lead a team of welders and laborers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the team.
- Review project plans and specifications to determine welding requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
- Train and mentor welders on techniques, safety practices, and equipment usage.
- Conduct regular inspections of work to maintain quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any welding-related issues that arise during production.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in welding preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in welding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) and equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in welding.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
