**Job Description Summary**: Partenaire d'affaires RH pour plusieurs fonctions de GE Vernova Hydro Amérique du Nord, y compris Manufacturière, Chaîne d’approvisionnement, Qualité. Ce rôle consistera à soutenir les gestionnaires et les employés sur les questions relatives à l'organisation et aux employés, ainsi que sur le coaching, l'expertise des processus RH et d'autres activités RH générales. Ce rôle soutiendra également les projets RH et les actions de développement dans la région.

HR business partner for several GE Vernova Hydro North America functions, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality. This role will involve supporting managers and employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. This role will also support HR projects and development actions in the region.

**Rôles et responsabilités**
- Travailler en partenariat avec les leaders pour mettre en œuvre des stratégies RH à court et à long terme et conduire des programmes de RH qui soutiennent directement les objectifs de l'entreprise et les rendent possibles.
- Être le premier point de contact pour les employés et les managers en fournissant un coaching et un soutien pour les besoins individuels des employés et les processus RH.
- Gestion de la stratégie relation syndicale sur l’usine de Sorel-Tracy et gestion des employés syndiqués.
- Agir comme un coach organisationnel, qui renforce les capacités organisationnelles, réduit la complexité et s'associe aux clients pour maximiser la performance de l'équipe.
- Fournir un soutien continu au People leader et aux employés sur tous les aspects du cycle de vie des employés.
- Travailler en partenariat avec acquisitions de talents et les HRBP fonctionnels pour attirer, développer et retenir les talents au niveau mondial.
- Assurer la conformité aux lois du travail locales et aux politiques de REN/Hydro.
- Travailler sur la planification de la succession et les stratégies de développement des talents pour l'organisation, en identifiant les rôles critiques et en préparant les talents potentiels et les filières de mentorat, de formation, etc.
- Supporter les managers à travers des rythmes opérationnels RH critiques tels que les revues de talents, la planification des salaires et la gestion des performances.
- Soutenir les employés dans leurs besoins quotidiens, selon les besoins
- Diriger et participer aux projets et initiatives RH dans la région.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Work in partnership with leaders to implement short
- and long-term HR strategies and drive HR programs that directly support and enable business goals.
- Be the first point of contact for employees and managers by providing coaching and support for individual employee needs and HR processes.
- Management of the union relations strategy at the Sorel-Tracy factory and management of unionized employees.
- Act as an organizational coach, building organizational capabilities, reducing complexity, and partnering with clients to maximize team performance.
- Provide ongoing support to the People leader and employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Work in partnership with Talent Acquisitions and functional HRBPs to attract, develop and retain talent globally.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and REN/Hydro policies.
- Work on succession planning and talent development strategies for the organization, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines for mentoring, training, etc. - Support managers through critical HR operational rhythms such as talent reviews, salary planning and performance management.
- Support employees in their daily needs, as needed
- Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives in the region.

**Qualifications requises**
- 5+ ans en tant que responsable RH
- Baccalauréat d'une université accréditée
- Exigences linguistiques : Français et anglais
- Expérience en gestion syndical au Québec
- Vous devez accepter de vous soumettre à une vérification préalable à l'embauche, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, à une vérification des références et des antécédents
- Vous devez avoir le droit de travailler sans restriction au Canada

**Required Qualifications**
- 5+ years as HR manager
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Language requirements: French and English
- Experience in union management in Quebec
- You must agree to undergo pre-employment screening, including but not limited to a reference and background check
- You must have the right to work without restriction in Canada
