Alpine Transport and Rigging is seeking a full-time experienced Class 1A Driver. We are based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Alpine is a family owned and operated company within the Prairie Crane Group of Companies, located in Saskatoon, SK. We offer flat deck and heavy haul transport across Canada and the US and are continuously working on updating our fleet. We value building relationships with our clients, and are looking for an energetic person wanting to be part of a growing team.

Alpine is looking for 1 experienced driver. This includes flat deck and over-dimensional transport; knowledge in heavy haul is an asset.

**Requirements**:

- Must be located in Saskatoon, SK or surrounding area
- Valid Class 1A license and clean drivers abstract
- Experience in over-dimensional loads is required
- Experience in heavy haul loads is an asset
- Familiar with following permits and designated routes
- Able to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- Ability to be out of town for work on short notice, scheduling is day to day and includes weekend work
- Flexible and reliable
- Knowledgeable with documentation (inspection reports, electronic log books, GPS, bill of lading, trip reports, incident reports and repair reports).
- Able to perform job specific tasks such as: loading and unloading of goods, trip inspections, physically able to lift up to about 50 lbs
- Able to tarp loads if required
- Willing to work with cranes and rig as required (training provided)
- MUST be living in Canada to apply, this position is local to Saskatoon, SK
- Valid passport ideal and ability to travel to the US
