**Sales Responsibilities**
- ** **Driving sales to meet or exceed budgets**:

**Store Execution**
- ** **Following our opening and closing procedures, and balancing books**:

- ** **Managing merchandise through unloading, receiving, putting away, and loading mattresses and accessories**:

- ** **Communicating with management**:

- ** **Assisting in the administrative functions of the store**:

- ** **Completing projects and assignments as requested by the store manager**:

- ** **Creating positive and lasting relationships with our vendors**

**Store Merchandising**
- ** **Ensuring merchandise and POP are current and displayed appropriately**:

- ** **Ensuring consistency of store pricing**:

- ** **Managing the movement of damaged, discontinued, and slow-moving merchandise**
