We are seeking a outside sales rep in Barrie, for our tent and event rental business

The right person will be required to travel around the surrounding areas to visit and create leads, accounts, clients, and connections.

The right person will have their own vehicle, and be self motivated to meet with anyone at anytime.

The right person will split their time in the office and in the field.

This job has a Day rate based on completed work and a %commission on Sales completed.

We will require reports and specific targets to be met, daily, weekly, monthly.

This is a hustle position where you will get out what you put into it.

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted outside sales activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Manage existing accounts to maximize customer retention and growth
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand presence in assigned territories
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate reports
- Present product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach

**Skills**
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and technology sales strategies
- Analytical skills to assess market data and identify growth opportunities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining a strategic approach to territory management
- Demonstrated success in technical sales or product demonstrations is preferred

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
