**THE ROLE**

Installation of shingles on residential projects

Participation in safety program and procedures

Team Leader would lead Roofing Team (3 to 4 person crew) and safely achieve objectives

Team Leader would supervise employees to ensure schedules are maintained and projects proceed according to plans and job specifications

Team Leader would monitor attendance of staff and accounting of hours/posting

Team Leader would assist in resolution of technical problems

Team Leader would resolve employee and customer concerns

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- A Class 5 License
- Prior experience in the industry working with sloped roofing in Winnipeg and surrounding area
- Be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and in confined spaces
- Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
- Mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Team Leader should have prior experience in a leadership position (preferably 2+ years) requiring regular customer communication
- Team Leader should have an understanding of building systems

Pay: $21.00-$35.00 per hour
