**Summary**:
This position would involve performing data analytics, updating and maintenance of tools such as Power BI, running reports for Supply Chain Management team.

**Detailed Description**:
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

- Perform data analytics
- Compile, analyze and report on commitments, data trends and performance metrics
- Facilitate requests between supply chain buying teams and Commodity Management
- Work with external suppliers on supply chain business requirements
- Create presentations and reports using Excel, Access & PowerPoint
- Interact with colleagues and suppliers globally

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
- Understanding of SQL is an asset
- Understanding of PowerBI is an asset
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively and independently
- Excellent report writing and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work extended hours as required
- Interest / knowledge in manufacturing, procurement and electronics industry

**Physical Demands**:

- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office with exposure to manufacturing environments.
- Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data
- Repetitive manual movements are frequently required (e.g. data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc).
- Basic manufacturing system knowledge.

- No formal experience is required.

**Typical Education**:

- Currently enrolled in a University Internship program completing 3rd year of a 4-year program. Enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or Information Technology program.
