**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Amazon Fulfillment Team Lead will play an important role in our warehouse operations and work with a team responsible for order picking, packing, and shipping. As a Amazon Fulfillment Team Lead, you will be responsible for all aspects of direct to consumer (DTC) fulfilment including the unloading of containers, picking and packing of orders and shipments, troubleshooting receiving discrepancies, and prioritizing shipment workflows during peak periods. Experience working with Amazon fulfillment is a major asset to this role. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our DTC fulfillment operations while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Pick products from warehouse shelves based on shipment/order details and package products to protect goods during transit.
- Unload containers and receive inventory into our 27,000 sqft warehouse located in Mississauga, ON.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries and ensure packages reach their destinations.
- Troubleshoot FBA shipments as needed and reconcile any shipment discrepancies regarding missing units upon Amazon’s receipt of goods.
- Affix shipping labels, barcodes, and other necessary labels to each product or package according to shipping requirements.
- Complete any shipping and/or customs paperwork, including packing lists and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prioritize shipments and orders based on direction from Warehouse Manager and E-Commerce Manager.
- Handle DTC customer returns, inspect returned products, and process them for restocking or disposal.
- Update inventory records to reflect picked and packed items, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Conduct quality control checks to verify products meet quality standards and orders are accurate.
- Ensure all fulfillment activities align with the specific policies and procedures of our DTC and e-commerce platforms.
- Complete other duties at the discretion of management.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in picking, packing, receiving, inventory management, and fulfillment.
- Knowledge and experience in Amazon fulfilment, Amazon Seller Central, FBA shipments, shipping processes and requirements is a must.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience in a lead position.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and software tools for order tracking, label printing, inventory management, etc.
- Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ability to work overtime when necessary.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENT**

High School Diploma or equivalent.

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
