**Purpose of Job**:
- The Customer Support Associate interacts with customers to facilitate orders and shipments while working closely with the Planning and Production departments to ensure on time delivery. He/she is the main contact with the customer and shall address customer issues and resolve them efficiently.
**Principal Accountabilities**:
- Enter customer orders into MFG
- Communicate with customers on order status (pricing, delivery dates, late orders, new ship dates)
- Review customer reports and advise on deliveries/order status
- Create customer pick lists when required
- Review customer portals for date changes/new orders
- Create shipping paperwork - packing slips, invoices, customs paperwork, B13s for international shipments
- Complete ASNs on customer portals if required
- Book trucks for shipments, create BOLs, package paperwork and deliver to shipping
**Health and Safety Responsibilities**:
- Wear all required PPE while in plant
- Work safe & ergonomically by following JH&S policies
- Report any unsafe acts, conditions or accidents across the plant
- Report accidents, near misses, injuries, or illnesses immediately to your supervisor
- Inspect equipment and the workplace regularly
- Be alert for hazards
- Cooperate with others on matters relating to occupational safety and health
**Knowledge, Skills and Education**:
- Post-secondary school diploma preferred
- Manufacturing environment experience an asset
- Computer literacy and data entry experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong learning desire & aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, self-starter, independent worker maker
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
