Look no further We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Pro Shop Associates at Carlisle Golf Club, part of the esteemed Kaneff Golf family. This is a fantastic opportunity for teens like you to gain valuable work experience in a dynamic and fun-filled environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all golf enthusiasts visiting our Pro Shop.
- Assist with merchandise sales, ensuring our customers find the perfect golfing gear and accessories.
- Learn and operate our user-friendly TEI Point of Sale system to process transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized Pro Shop, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is neatly displayed.
- Help with tasks such as folding, straightening, and pricing new clothing items when needed.
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly and timely manner, assisting customers with inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to keep stock rooms tidy and well-organized.
- Support communication and coordination between the Pro Shop and outside services for seamless customer experiences.
- Assist in setting up and promoting special sales, events, and campaigns.
- Spread the word about all the exciting offerings at Carlisle Golf Club, including the Golf Academy and our fantastic restaurant.

Qualifications:

- A passion for golf and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills to handle transactions and calculate discounts using our TEI Point of Sale system.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a tidy and well-organized work environment.
- Flexibility to handle various tasks and responsibilities as part of a dynamic team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new processes and systems.
