Rainbow Greenhouses has been a family owned business since 1985. We have grown from a one-location greenhouse to one of the largest greenhouse operations in Canada. Although we are very grateful for this achievement, what we are most proud of and grateful for is the team of people that have helped us get to where we are today. Right now we are hiring a Supervisor to join our Operations Team. This is a “hands on” position that is great for anyone that loves to be on their feet every day, in the action, and getting their hands dirty literally This is a full time position with a shift of either Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.

We are looking to add great people with a natural bent towards humility and hard work. We take our work seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. If this describes you, keep reading.

Our Supervisors are responsible for a team of people in a specific area of the greenhouse where you will work alongside the team as you support them in what they need and challenge them to be their best. **Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
