**Overview**:
**Duties**:
- Listening to customers through various channels to address complaints, queries.
- Reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users.
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
- Managing coordination at a local and international level where required.
- Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems.
- Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs.
- Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Travelling will be needed to fix on-site problems, gas card will be included.
**Qualifications**:
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or technical equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
- Strong technical support skills including troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Knowledge of firewall configurations and network security.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbally, with key stakeholders, leadership, team members, and vendors.
- Valid G license.
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
