No Preparation. - Develop rapport with students and establish a fun learning environment. - Display a positive attitude, and demonstrate enthusiasm for math. - Supervise, interact with, and motivate students. - Reward students for completed work, and especially for demonstrated mastery. - Evaluate and document student progress. - Communicate student needs to the Center Director. **You will be trained to teach using the Mathnasium Method.
