**Qualifications & Skills**:
Horticulture experience required

Management experience required

Microsoft Excel experience an asset

Retail and POS experience an asset

Detail Oriented

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Flexibility in a rapidly changing environment is essential to success. Aspects of this position will include but are not limited to managing sales and inventory, ordering product, customer service, store merchandising, and managing staff and customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $37,440.00-$42,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
