**Calgary Jewellery** is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. If you are interested in luxury retail and have a drive towards building positive customer relations, then we may have a place in our team for you.

**Job Information**:
Position: Full Time

Years of Relevant Sales Experience: 2+

**Salary**: Based on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales excellence through proven and engaging sales techniques
- Present and showcase luxury products while being able to communicate with a diverse group of demographics
- Gain confidence with team members and develop positive relationships with all stakeholders
- Work closely with management to expand the existing client base
- Understand and fully participate in the training/development process for day-to-day operations and procedures
- Ensure store hygiene, atmosphere and daily store presentation

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proactive, and proven track record in sales with 2+ years of experience
- Passionate team player with attention to detail
- Outgoing personality while consistently delivering exceptional customer service
- Creative thinker with excellent communication skills
- Intermediate computer and internet skills with a basic understanding of social media

**The following is considered an asset**:

- A high school and/or university diploma/degree
- Experience in jewellery or watch retail
- Second language, such as Mandarin, Cantonese.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
