**Summary**

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team at Safe Umbrella Healthcare in Canada. In this vital role, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide direct patient care in various settings including home care, nursing homes, and hospitals.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness.
- Support patients with dementia, pediatrics, hospice, and senior care needs.
- Uphold safety standards and protocols in all aspects of patient care.

**Qualifications**
- Valid LPN license in Canada.
- Proven experience in nursing home or hospital settings.
- Strong knowledge of acute care practices and medication administration.
- Experience in dementia, hospice, or senior care preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner is a plus.

Pay: $45.60-$50.00 per hour
