**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas.
- Utilize commercial cleaning products and equipment effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
- Handle heavy lifting and move furniture or equipment as necessary to facilitate thorough cleaning.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of cleaning tools.
- Communicate with clients or facility managers to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated schedules.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing custodial duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools for basic maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 8 per week
