Service Writer

**Summary**

We are seeking a Service Writer to join our team at Hi Line Motorsports. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking services, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your contributions will directly enhance our customer experience and support our operational goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the main liaison between customers and the service department.
- Accurately document customer concerns and service requests.
- Provide detailed estimates for repairs and services based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
- Heps at Parts Counter

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in powersports service environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and relationship-building.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand customer needs effectively.
- Sales experience is preferred, particularly in upselling services or products.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
