**Summary**:
In collaboration with Maintenance Supervisor, the Preventive Maintenance Planner will support maintenance department with regard to preventative maintenance work planning and preparation as well as with parts inventory management.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities** (include but not limited to):
- Take responsibility for inventory management of parts and surplus equipment.
- Prepare and schedule all occurring preventive maintenance work.
- In cooperation with Maintenance Supervisor, prepare and schedule all occurring mid and long term corrective maintenance work.
- Order and prepare necessary materials and/or parts for all occurring activities.
- Determine correct maintenance and maintenance frequency in collaboration with the Maintenance manager and equipment suppliers.
- Keep track of the correct inventory based on maintenance frequency.
- Check all incoming ordered goods.
- Collaborate with the Supervisors about the status of equipment and unplanned downtime with regard to preventive maintenance.
- Substitute for Maintenance Manager or Supervisor when needed.
- Implement and supervise 5S within Production and Maintenance departments and other departments in collaboration with the Production and Sanitation managers.
- At all times comply with and supervise all applicable rules regarding hygiene, safety of people and machines, house rules of Cerelia and general order and cleanliness for our own maintenance crew as well as potential supplier technicians. Report all deviations accurately and in a time manner.
