Established in 2021, Ice Works Bath Co. (the “Company”) is proud creator of the coldest cold tubs in Canada. Operating from Newmarket, Ontario, we design, manufacture, and distribute cold tubs for a fast-growing market of consumers and companies who focus on long-term physical and mental fitness and wellness. Our concept was inspired by a desire to fast-track athletic recovery and improve performance. Over the years, we personally experienced a range of side benefits of cold immersion, including enhanced performance and recovery, reduced inflammation and stress, boosted metabolisms and immune systems, enhanced focus, and greater quality of life. As a result, we became strong believers in the physical, spiritual, and emotional healing of cold immersion.

**About the position**

Reporting to the President, the Sales Representative increases revenue by building relationships with clients, qualifying prospects, generating and following up on leads, and matching Company products with each client’s needs. In this role, you would visit clients’ premises, make and receive calls, respond to inquiries, liaise with coworkers, and handle administrative duties. Other responsibilities will include proposing and implementing marketing campaigns, monitoring competitors’ activities, and networking at business events and trade shows. Success in the role will require solid knowledge of Company products, a focus on closing sales, and commitment to client satisfaction. Ideally, you will share the founders’ passion for the transformational impact and healing benefits of cold immersion, and for cultivating a better quality of life.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain thorough knowledge of Company products and pricing
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in organizations
- Identify clients’ needs and likes, and match these with Company products
- Tailor content of sales presentations to clients’ businesses
- Ensure that records in CRM and Salesforce are current and correct
- Update supervisor on market trends and make recommendations
- Track activities and provide weekly call reports to supervisor

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Degree or diploma in marketing or business administration preferred
- At least three (3) years of sales experience, including B2B, with track record of developing pipeline, exceeding targets, and providing great customer service
- Fully comfortable with MS Office, CRM systems, and video conferencing software
- Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills (English)
- Pleasant telephone manner and strong sense of etiquette
- Strong time management skills (ability to prioritize)
- Ability to grasp and communicate technical solutions to address client needs
- Valid ‘G’ driver's licence and clean abstract, and access to reliable vehicle
- Willing to work outside of regular business hours, as needed
- Willing and able to travel to client locations, including valid passport for US travel
