**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Operate and monitor wire forming machinery, including straight and cut, wire crimping, and milling machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
- Operate grinding machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials within the facility.
- Utilizes hand tools and logic controllers effectively during the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols.
**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Rod Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in operating straight and cut, wire crimping, milling machines, and CNC equipment is essential.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
- Basic math skills is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Skilled in using hand tools effectively and safely.
- Basic knowledge of reading a micrometer or Vernier.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
