**Duties**

  • Operate and monitor wire forming machinery, including straight and cut, wire crimping, and milling machines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Operate grinding machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
  • Safely operate forklifts to transport materials within the facility.
  • Utilizes hand tools and logic controllers effectively during the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols.

**Qualifications**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Rod Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in operating straight and cut, wire crimping, milling machines, and CNC equipment is essential.
  • Strong ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Basic math skills is required.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge.
  • Skilled in using hand tools effectively and safely.
  • Basic knowledge of reading a micrometer or Vernier.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
