We are currently looking for an **DZ Driver (Scaffold) **to join our team based out of our Industrial Rd. North location in Cambridge, **ON**.

**Job Summary**

The DZ Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery and pick-up of heavy and medium construction equipment rented or sold to customers using the appropriate DZ Class vehicle. The DZ Driver will operate all Company vehicles in accordance with all Municipal, Provincial and Federal laws and provide the highest level of customer service possible.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent
- Previous DZ delivery experience and it is an asset if this experience is within the construction industry.
- Working knowledge/understanding of Stephenson’s product line
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills - ability to deal effectively with customers in person and on the phone
- Valid Ontario Driver’s license with clean Abstract
- Flexibility; ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast paced environment

**Responsibilities**:
**Product Delivery**
- Deliver and pick-up of scaffolding and temporary fencing rented and/or sold to customers using the appropriate Company vehicle(s). Operate Company vehicles in accordance with all Municipal, Provincial and Federal laws
- Capable of working in all types of weather safely loading and unloading temporary fencing at job sites
- Sorting, stacking and banding of product
- Safely secure loaded equipment per company procedures
- Extensive manual lifting of up to 65 pounds for upwards of 60% of the work day. Repetitive bending, kneeling and crouching
- Solid knowledge of the GTA and surrounding area

**Product Knowledge/Customer Service**
- Support our Customers’ needs by knowing how property set up and dismantle temporary fencing and scaffolding
- Highest level of customer service with internal and external individuals

**Administration**
- Follow all paperwork and computer procedures involved in the transferring of equipment.
- Maintain all inventory control documents to preserve the integrity of the Rental Management computer system.

**General Maintenance**
- Ensure upkeep and maintenance of work environment
- Daily equipment inspections
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Pick and pack orders for delivery and pick up
- Cleaning and washing of construction equipment

**Safety**
- Adhere to all Company Safety Policies
- Ensure the promotion of safe work practices to all staff, customers, suppliers and contractors
- Report any workplace hazards and help to eliminate them
- Use all personal protective equipment as required
- Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation
- Attend any training programs sponsored by the Company that relate directly to the Health and Safety of the position
