**JOB OVERVIEW**

Our focus on a safe work environment with priority given ensuring the production of a quality product with a focus on demonstrating good housekeeping, ability to follow operating standards, working as a team, troubleshooting and problem solving.

**COMPENSATION**
- Estimated Annual Range: $68,000 - 72,000
- $25.13 hr Base Rate ($29.30 hr Average Rate with Premiums)
- $0.80 hr Night Premium
- 1.5x Weekend Premium
- 1.5x Overtime Premium (Many Opportunities)

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Participate in the safety and good housekeeping programs as established within the plant
- Glass forming fundamentals related to the management of fiber creation process
- Process adjustment/control strategy to maintain quality standards
- Operation and knowledge of Quality Control Systems
- Equipment restoration, inspection and lubrication to drive process reliability
- Troubleshooting process upset conditions
- Pallet building and packaging requirements
- Forklift and Walkie operation supporting overall warehouse product management
- Layered Process Auditing
- Lock-Tag-Try Program Participation
- Document Control Procedures
- Product Identification and Traceability

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- 1-3 years manufacturing/industrial experience preferred
- Participation and successful completion of workplace skills assessment
- Be prepared to work a rotating 12-hour day/night shift (Includes weekends and holidays)
