We are seeking a motivated **Lead Yard Associate** to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in our sales operations by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. **Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service**:

- Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers.
- Assist with order selection and suggest complementary products.

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Accurately pick and assemble natural stone and paver orders.
- Safely load and unload customer vehicles, ensuring materials are secure.
- Operate a loader and forklift proficiently for product handling.

**Shop and Inventory Maintenance**:

- Keep the yard and shop organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and updates.
- Communicate inventory levels, shortages, and restocking needs to the Sales Manager.
- Update the office with order statuses and accurate weights for billing.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. repeatedly.
- Comfortable with standing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Qualifications Required**:

- **Must have experience in landscape and hardscape** materials and product knowledge, including:

- Interlocking stone
- Aggregates (limestone, HPB, etc.)
- Soils and mulches
- Armour stone
- Landscape accessories
- **Must have strong product knowledge** in landscaping and hardscaping materials to effectively assist customers and provide expert guidance.
- Experience operating a loader and forklift (certification preferred).

**Preferred**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 3 years (preferred)

**Work Location**: In-person

Pay: $23.50-$29.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
