**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Assist with color selection and mixing paints to achieve desired hues
- Ensure precise taping and masking to protect adjacent areas
- Maintain a neat and organized work area, including cleaning brushes and equipment
- Assist in moving furniture and items as required for painting projects
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices throughout all tasks
- Complete assignments in a timely and efficient manner
- Interact professionally with clients while maintaining a positive demeanor

**Qualifications**:

- Previous painting experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong team player with effective communication skills
- Physical capability to lift and maneuver painting equipment and supplies
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and challenges
- Basic understanding of paint types, color theory, and surface preparation
- First Aid considered as asset
- Valid G2 or G license
