**Job Description**:
COFP will be responsible for Fulfillment and planning for shipments of finished goods material to distributors across North America

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;
- Allocating inventory to customer orders to ensure on time delivery of products.
- Dispatching shipments to carriers.
- Working closely with customer service team and proactively providing up to date shipment information.
- Collaborating with plants and production planning team to ensure correct inventory levels.
- Participating in the movement of materials from the assigned North American manufacturing plant(s).
- Managing dispatch KPI’s such as carrier pick-up monitoring Building relationships with a large carrier base with diverse types of equipment including rail.
- Working closely with Logistics Manager(s) on lane requirements and providing feedback on carrier performance
- Collaborating with shipping and scale personnel to ensure timely and accurate shipments
- Special projects as required
- May require some travel within North America
- May require working a late shift.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
- Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration, Operations/ Inventory Management or Supply Chain is required
- CITT and/or APICS designation is an asset
- Employed as a Customer Order Fulfillment Planner at IKO for a minimum of 1 year
- Possess superior analytical, team work, and organizational skills
- Strong customer satisfaction focus with the ability to develop solutions to ensure on time delivery of products
- Use of MS office, especially MS Excel at an advanced level is required
- Strong open and interactive communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to problem solve and “think outside the box”
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Very good attention to detail
