Line Cook/banquet Cook

As a line/ banquet cook you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in both a small and large setting. You will also be responsible for following recipes, ensuring food quality, and maintaining cleanliness in your work area. Key duties include:

- **Food Preparation & Cooking**: Prepare ingredients, cook meals, and plate dishes according to the restaurant's menu, recipes and standards.
- **Food Quality & Presentation**: Ensure all dishes are cooked to specification and presented effectively, cohesively, and attractively.
- **Sanitation & Safety**: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to keep the kitchen clean and organized.
- **Team Collaboration**: Communicate with other kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
- **Inventory Support**: Assist with monitoring supplies, reporting any shortages, and keeping track of inventory.

Line cooks must work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
