**The Role**

The Demand Planner supports the management of inventory levels to meet customer demand and forecasting requirements. The Demand Planner identifies and addresses Demand Chain challenges proactively. Their contributions are vital to improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Demand Planner facilitates inventory management strategies to maintain a balanced and responsive Demand Chain, ensuring alignment with our goals and customer needs through consistent communication both internally and externally.

**Your Impact**
- Facilitate demand plans that ensure availability of products to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
- Analyze and interpret Demand Chain data, including production capacity, lead times, and inventory levels, to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Work closely with manufacturing to align production plans with demand forecasts and demand planning outputs.
- Support inventory management strategies that minimize stockouts and overstocks while maximizing inventory turnover.
- Coordinate with logistics to optimize transportation and distribution strategies, ensuring efficient and cost-effective product flow.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Demand Chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supplier performance.
- Monitor and adjust demand plans based on changes in demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels.
- Facilitate communication across departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment of Demand Chain strategies with business objectives.
- Participate in the sales and operations planning process, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at Demand Chain optimization, new product introductions, and process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.

**About You**
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Genuine passion for continuous learning and development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Demand Planning or Logistics, Business Management, Finance, Engineering or Accounting.
