**Job Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**

As an RV Service Writer, you’ll be the key connection between our service department and our customers. You’ll help diagnose customer concerns, coordinate repair orders, communicate with technicians, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from drop-off to pick-up.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and determine their service needs with professionalism and accuracy
- Open, manage, and close repair orders in our dealership management software
- Communicate clearly with technicians regarding customer concerns and required repairs
- Prepare estimates, obtain approval, and keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Coordinate warranty submissions and process claims as needed
- Ensure all work is documented properly for internal processes and customer transparency
- Upsell additional recommended maintenance or services when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized service desk and customer waiting area
- Support the Service Manager with scheduling and workflow management

**Qualifications**
- Experience in RV, automotive, marine, or similar service advising is an asset
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
- Basic mechanical knowledge (RV, automotive, or trade experience is a plus)
- Comfortable using computers and dealership management software
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mentality
